- Can manage to complete development projects independently using your own problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Produce high-quality code with good test coverage and use up-to-date abstractions and frameworks when necessary
- Collaborate with your team’s tech lead/manager for project estimation and provide recommendations for potential projects that can bring impactful results
- With more than 5 years of professional experience in language stack
- Ensure high-quality code
- Fast learner of new technologies
- Can work with less supervision and collaborate with the team
- Will study the business, ask the right questions and brainstorm about tech solutions
- Can take control over a Project
- Can do system administration
- Capable to manage the full software development life cycle from road mapping to a brand new system
- Ability to work 40hrs/week concurrently with US time zones for a minimum of 4 hours/day
- Can give supervision to all levels or provide oversight to an in-house team
- Excellent communication skills, results-driven, self-starting
